RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
We hope you love everything you order from us. However, if for any reason you’re unhappy with your purchase then you can return it to us. To be eligible for a refund, simply return unwanted items within 14 days from the date of delivery with the original receipt & order number and we’ll process this for you. Once we’ve received your return, we’ll process the refund within 2 working days. Returns are to be sent at the buyer's expense and the original postage cost is non-refundable.
> Damaged or faulty orders
If your order has been received either faulty or damaged, we ask that you send us an email at email@example.com with your order number & a photo of the damage. We will then confirm how to arrange for a refund to be processed or a replacement product.
We will not accept any returns that are not complete in the original packaging and unopened.
Please note, we don’t send confirmation emails to let you know we’ve received your return. Therefore, we ask that after 10 working days, if you haven’t been refunded then please contact a member of our team at firstname.lastname@example.org
